The Challenge
A NY based SEM agency required support filling strategy and execution roles for their large car manufacturing client during Q3 2021. The client manufactures and sells tens of thousands of auto parts requiring thousands of individual SKUs and a relatively large paid search account to manage.
The Strategy
One Edge staffed the account with an SEM strategist and due to high employee turnover, remained on the account through Q3 2022 and beyond. This allowed the agency to scale their business and staff positions for their newly acquired clients in early 2022. One Edge remains on the account and has also added two additional analysts due to additional demands with the account.
