The Challenge
A leading New York agency required the execution of an organic social media audit and playbook for a global B2B technology consulting brand seeking to expand its business to the western world. The One Edge and agency team were hired by a newly installed Director of Social Media to gain the agency’s expertise in organic social media and support in laying the groundwork for a successful social media strategy as the business expanded.
The Strategy
The One Edge team audited the client’s five social media channels and three major competitors’ channels to establish a current picture for the newly hired Director. Upon completion of the audit, the One Edge team built an extensive eight-part social media playbook outlining brand and posting guidelines, social media in-house team needs, and channel-by-channel strategy for the client to establish consistent social content development and execution.
