The Challenge

The client is an established skincare brand and wish to diversify and increase their market share by expanding to online distribution. Before One Edge, EMK Beverly Hills e-Com site has not been updated since initially launching their site. One Edge was tasked to redesigned the site to include new features such as auto replenishing and customer reviews while migrating it to Shopify. EMK also requested to have the site fully completed within 5 weeks.

The Strategy

With the time constraint, One Edge’s account management, creative and development team created the framework, design and execution schedule (including due dates and owners of each task.) Additionally, the One Edge team scheduled daily meetings for progress updates to ensure timely approval for all creative and feature development. The One Edge team worked closely with the client’s internal marketing team to ensure all creative aligned with EMK brand policy.
