The Challenge
A prominent hotel located in the Tampa Bay Florida region, aimed to expand its reach and foster deeper connections within the local Tampa community, moving beyond its traditional focus on travelers and visitors. In response to this objective, One Edge was engaged to develop a strategy to attract and engage with a regional local audience, becoming a staple in Tampa’s vibrant community while driving brand awareness, increased revenue and traffic to the hotel’s offerings.
The Strategy
One Edge began by organizing a calendar of events, offerings and monthly promotions to cater to the diverse interests of Tampa residents and to encourage recurring visits to the Hotel. From there, One Edge arranged monthly content shoots to capture the essence of Tampa’s vibrant culture, showcasing the hotel as an integral part of the community. Leveraging the popularity of short-form video content, content was created to offer quick glimpses into the hotel’s amenities and events, fostering excitement among viewers. One Edge then layered in and developed a creator and influencer program in order to foster authentic endorsements and expand reach within the local demographic.
